Victor Ray Natera is a Regional Director of Operations with CLR Builders in El Paso, Texas, whose career demonstrates a steady progression from frontline work to multi-area operational leadership. Natera initially joined as an Area Director and was promoted to Regional Director of Operations two years later.

In his current position, Natera supervises day-to-day operations and inspections while overseeing more than seven supervisors working across different areas. His responsibilities also include profit-and-loss oversight. A major focus of his role is government-contracted construction, including projects connected with programs serving veterans.

Natera reports that before becoming Regional Director, CLR Builders ranked seventh among 15 registered and approved builders competing for government contracts. During his first year in the position, the company advanced to second while recording a 32% year-over-year sales increase. In his second year, it reached the number-one position, with Natera reporting consistent annual sales growth of 42%. He has also been recognized as Regional Director of Operations of the Year for five consecutive years for government-contract work spanning Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico.
